Plaster Painted Skulls

Knoxville, TN is the home of Cootie who is an avid skull artist who dabbles in many mediums, but one of her favorites is to make plaster skull molds and then give them life by adding unique (non)face paint to each one.

Even though the molds are the same each skull takes on it's own personality at the whim of the artist. The differences are noticeable to our eyes based on what we see, but just like us, they are all the same underneath. If you want to see more, or even own, some of Cootie's skulls then check her out here. Thanks, Cootie!
